Specialist Support Available:

 

1.  Writing Support in resumé, CV, cover letter, selection criterion.

 

2. Job interview preparation, including mock interview.

 

3. Development of professional business communication skills and etiquette in the workforce.

 

4. Our support is suitable for students, new graduates and individuals with varying levels of experience in the workforce.

 

 

Two types of support are available: Online & Offline

 

  1. ‘Online’ support, which consists of one-on-one coaching and support on Zoom, Australia-wide. This may include the following support:
  • coaching and overall support in career advice and career change or exploration
  • job application writing support
  • a ‘mock’ interview
  • Microsoft Office support such as how to effectively use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

 

Sessions are recorded, upon request, to watch afterwards.

 

  1. ‘Offline’ support. Your tutor/coach will assist you with your job application/resume/cover letter, in their own time, providing the following support:
  • Proofreading of grammar, punctuation and syntax.
  • Providing annotated feedback
  • Improvement of design and layout.

Some clients achieve their needs in a short-term engagement (e.g. 1-4 weeks) focused on interview preparatoin or document refinement, while others opt for longer programs (e.g. 5-8 weeks) for deep career discovery and full transition support.
