Wellbeing Support Sessions




Online support sessions, on Zoom, for individuals preparing for and sitting their exams:


  • Performance Anxiety Management


  • Stress Management


  • Time & Organisation Management


  • Healthy Mindset Training


  • Strategies, Resources, Training and Support for effective study and exam taking


  • Suitable for students sitting exams at a secondary and tertiary level


  • Sessions are an hour in duration.


Sessions are personalised and tailored to suit the individual’s needs. Sessions are recorded upon request.

Alice is a qualified English and Psychology Secondary School teacher. She will provide you with crucial strategies and resources to help your overall wellbeing as you prepare for and sit your your exam/s.


IMPORTANT: This is not a counselling session but a wellbeing session, focusing on exam preparation and the sitting of exams . If your needs are of a serious or complex nature, please seek the support of a counsellor, psychologist or psychiatrist.
